If so, please return your items to us, unopened and unused, at your own expense within 14 working days and we will exchange them for something else or give you a full refund.
We will refund you within 30 days to the credit card or Pay Pal account used to purchase the items.
What if I receive damaged goods?
Please contact us within 14 working days and we will work with you to resolve the problem. If we can't resolve your problem, we will ask you to return the item. Once we have confirmed that it is damaged or defective, we will give you a full refund, including delivery costs, or send you a replacement and refund you for the return postage.
How do I return my items?
Either send back to us by post or drop into our clinic. When returning items, please ensure that the order number is clearly labelled. If you are returning goods by post, we request that you take out insurance to cover their value and that the courier asks for a signature on delivery. This means you can track the package and receive compensation in case of loss. We cannot make a refund for any item we don't receive.
